He has over eight years banking experience with Globafin Microfinance. He joined Globafin in the year 2013 as a Relationship officer and rose to become Credit Officer in 2014 and then to become Head of Operations Department in 2016 and then Credit Manager in July 2019. He was promoted to the position of General Manager in 2021 and also supervising the Credit Department. He has played various roles: accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, coaching, counselling, developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, budgeting, policies, procedures and productivity standards.
